  Responsibilities:
Identify training needs, design and develop training programs to meet the business objectives.

Conduct training follow ups to ensure the effectiveness of training program.

Derive initiatives that reinforce a learning and development culture.

Assist to coach other trainers for their personal development.

Assist on ad-hoc learning & development projects.

 
  Requirements:
University graduates with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.

Proactive, innovative, people and service oriented.

Retail experience is a definite advantage.

Possesses good communication and presentation skills in both English & Chinese.

Proficiency in PC skills.
